Discovery After School is founded by educational therapists who are passionate about helping kids learn to learn. As parents ourselves, our hearts are geared to helping children develop the skills they need to prepare for life.
We are a home away from home – a place for kids to form good habits, develop a good daily routine and discover their own strengths. With a small class ratio of 1:10, we ensure each child gets the attention he/she requires to grow and flourish.
Academic Support & Coaching
- Daily review of English & Chinese spelling lists
- Homework supervision
- Bite-size learning to strengthen their fundamentals (developed by educational therapists)
Holistic Development
- Daily life skills
- Executive function skills development through teaching and project work
- Social skills development through stories and actual day-to-day coaching
- Interest exploration programmes with external partners
- Curated learning journeys and experiences
Administrative Matters
The fees are $1200 (all-inclusive) of food, enrichment, materials.
On school days, we operate from 1pm to 7pm.
During the school holidays, there is a daily fee of $10 if they are coming in the morning. Holiday programmes are not included in the fees.
There will be a 1-day trial for the child to determine the suitability of the child before enrolment.
